I am graduating with and Bachelors of Science in Accounting! Yes, your girl went to business school and got a ding dang ‘ole job!  After 3 long years, graduating in the awful year of 2020, I would like to use this momentous occasion to raise funds for a dear friend to get better care and treatment in another city for her chronic illness.

The short of it: A long time friend of mine has had a chronic disease for almost 13 years. She needs to go to another city to get better treatment. The treatment she has been getting where she lives is making her sicker. I know she wouldn’t hesitate to help anyone in need, so I’d like to take a little off her plate by putting together this fundraiser. 

I wanted to use this opportunity to celebrate my achievement by giving to people I care about. The medical system in the United States has failed us, that includes my friend and all of us, if people can't get the care they need no matter where they are.

I know times are tough, but if you can spare anything. I will see the donations and I will know that you care that I want to see my friend in a better state. 

If I can contact my people who are excited for me to graduate, and can donate or share this fundraiser, that is the greatest graduation gift.
