I am married to Tom, an amazing husband and father. We are very much in love and both work hard with the struggle of keeping our bills paid and our children properly cared for, as do so many families nowadays. This is a second marriage for both of us and we deal, on a daily basis, with the challenges of blended families and former spouses. Up to now, we’ve successfully dealt with our various problems and have been thankful to God for His blessings and guidance. Our dedication to God and each other has deepened since our marriage two years ago. Now we are facing a nightmare and need your help. Tom’s former wife is coming close to destroying our lives and our plans for our future together. We are in despair and don't know if we can survive our lives being turned upside down. His former wife has convinced the local judicial system to charge Tom with a domestic crime that allegedly took place over 10 years ago with her son. She and her now adult son are ready to testify, under oath, that Tom has wronged them. My husband was arrested and thrown in jail based strictly on these accusations. Tom’s ex is an angry and unstable woman who wants revenge for him divorcing her. She has stated many times if she can't have him, nobody else will, and made a dedicated effort to destroy our marriage. There have been numerous previous allegations filed by her against Tom that have cost him money, time, and job loss to defend himself. The present charges against him are frightening, but absolutely untrue. She’s taken advantage of the ‘no time limit’ allowances of the law to finally seek her vengeance. We desperately need financial aid to get Tom bonded out of jail. Once Tom is out, he can begin to gather witnesses and evidence to assist his court appointed attorney.
