Unfortunately, the rumors you may have heard are true.  While the victim's friends and family were advised by the Prosecuter not to make any contact, they continue to harass Jeremy and his supporters. Appointing themselves as Judge, Jury and Executioner, without any knowledge of the facts of the case, they are threatening supporters and planned activities.  Please pray for their peace of mind, to comfort them and pray for their mercy and forgiveness.  While they condemn us, we will not condemn them.  Judge not lest ye be judged.

Jeremy Graham is the frontman for the Americana/Red Dirt/Southern Rock band Sour Diesel Trainwreck.
Jeremy is a humble, talented, good man with a heart the size of Texas, who hails from Oklahoma and currently resides in Arizona. Money is unimportant to him.

Unfortunately, money is what he needs. In October of 2015, Jeremy was involved in a fatal accident. He was not charged at the time. He passed 2 field sobriety tests and 3 hours later when a case detective showed up on the scene, he took a third and was told he failed. He was, and still is, devastated. Overcome with guilt and sorrow, getting through each day has been a huge challenge. He retained an attorney and the fee was $25,000. He managed to pay $10,000, with the help of a few friends and family. But in January of 2016, his wife lost her job, then he lost his job. His car had been impounded and her car broke down. He has walked miles to get to work. Life has been a day by day struggle, with the uncertainty and grief of the case always hanging over his head. Seven months after the accident, a warrant was issued for his arrest.

He turned himself in, and thanks to yout generous donations, he is out on bail.

His attorney wants the remainder of the $25,000 ($15,000) by mid-July.  After that another $25,000 will be due by the end of summer.  We need to get the first $25,000 paid so we can begin working on the next  $25,000. We don't have much time to raise that, but hopefully with Jeremy working and getting gigs and your continued generosity, we'll make it.

Friends and family are desperate. No one we know has the means to assist him. The only way is to make a joint effort. Don't allow this talented musician to be silenced. The world would be a desolate place without his soul-stirring lyrics and voice.
