A few years ago I invested $160,000 with a man that I had done business with and trusted.  I was supposed to be buying shares and would make a lot of money.  He invested the money in his own company and went bankrupt after a couple of years.  he told me several stories about where the money went, but he basically misused the funds and I am now broke.

I inherited the money from my father and now it is all gone.  I am living on a pension of $940 a month.  He claims not to have any assets but he is good at hiding money.  I hired a lawyer and Mr. Allan has managed to drag this lawsuit out for over 2 years.  My lawyer wants to ask for a summary judgement but he needs $5,000 in order to do it.  My only hope of getting my money back is to follow this through.

This has caused me a great deal of stress..  I believe in God and pray that God will answer my prayers.
