Brianna is a wonderful 17 year old girl. She has been suffering from many medical issues.

She has a pitulatry tumor/mass that was removed back in 2014, and on her year check up they did a MRI and the mass was back. They are keeping a eye on the growth of it to see what the next step will be.

She also suffers now from many other medical issues that came about after the removed the first mass.

SHe suffers from RA, which reguires her to go to her PT dr 2 times a week, her hips pop out of place, her weight is so low that her bones grind together.

Then in Nov of 2015 she was hospitlized because of sharp sharp pain her in abdomen. We took her to the ER and her blood work showed her blood count way over 18,000 so they admitted her. She was on the peds ward, then she had a cardic issues and the Emergancy response team had to help her and then she was transfered to the Childrens hospital where she was placed in ICU for 2 days.

They foun out she had a infection called H-plyori, the infection somehow went un noticed for almost a year, the damage was bad for her, the linging of her esophagus was gone, along with the lining of her stomach. She also had 10 ulcers in her esophagus. She stayed in the hospital for a little over a week. she was sent home and was to take 21 pills a day for 3 weeks.

Also while in the hospital she was dignosed with having LFS=Li–Fraumeni syndrome which is a  rare cancer predisposition hereditary disorder characterized as autosomal dominant, and she will have to be watch to make sure she does not get any cancers. She got that passed on from me, because my tests show that i am a carrier for LFS.

Today she still suffers from daily pain, which include headaches, pain in her abdomen. She gets a very sharp pain , which in return causes her not to eat because anything she eats hurts her.

Her GI Dr has also diganozed her with Severe IBS and gastroparesis. The thing with gastroparesis is that her stomach doesnt empty like it is suppose to..

We have applied for IHSS and SSI for her because the hospital told us to. But they take forever.
I am a single mom to my girls, the father doesn't help with the care at all.

My daughter needs to get to her Endo follow up appointment because her hormones are all off because of the mass now, she needs to go back to her GI dr, and her 2 neuro Dr and her meds that she needs to contuine on.

I have been looking for a job, and nothing, I have to be home with brianna because she does't feel safe enough to be home with the way she feels, She can get up from the couch and has to hold onto something so she doesn't pass out, she has to shower using a shower chair, because she can't stand long enough and her blood pressure drops. All these things have to be addressed.

Brianna now as of 5/12/2016 needs to be seen by the oncologist, the Dr believes she has cancer. So she now has a appointment with the Oncologist to figure out what type. All the help is needed for her.

She is a very bright girl, smart, doesn't compain all to much unless she really feels bad and when that happens ER we go.
I hate hate hate asking for help because it has become everyone else taking care of my daughter besides the person that should help, But i have to do what i need to for my kids and my daughter needs help.
