If I could very briefly sum up where we are now with this one point, it would be like "what else can we do but turn towards you for help?" I find myself today in a place where I never thought I would be, and am asking for your support. With the company I have been working for recently closed because of circumstances beyond their control as well as mine, now that same business alone must somehow finance an urgent cross country move with my son and his dogs. This move is inevitable: our current environment untenable. Nevertheless, it is difficult to organize and very, very costly.

The last pay cheque I received my last week at work went down the drain. With just two weeks to arrange a move as well as the money needed for it before then, I am now desperately trying to gather funds. The cost of renting a van, gas, food and motels along the way has already put me in debt. I must, though, make sure my son and our animals have a comfortable journey there. Now, money is becoming a problem.

I am appealing to you to help us make this move. Any amount, however small, can help us greatly and go directly toward our expenses on the trip. Your assistance will mean not only that we get to our new home but also that we are given the opportunity as human beings to start all over again.
