After many many days of thinking if I should open a Fundrazr for Regalolo or not .. I finally decided to take the chance and do it. I am not afraid or ashamed anymore to tell the world that I need help! Especially because time is of the essence as the last veterinary orthopedic surgeon said: “the more you wait, the less chances he has to get back up and walk again”.

Regalolo has IVDD, a common disease doxies suffer, which basically are back hernias that occurred because their backs are so long and their paws so short. This starts with back pain crisis..and even treated, it can end up in back paws paralysis (which is what unfortunately happened to Rega), and once it hits that point the only possible cure is an expensive surgery.

Unfortunately we cant afford the 10k-12k. But, there is hope and we have a plan. We are working closely with a orthopedic surgeon vet overseas that provided an estimate all in of $4500, which basically included the surgery and everything needed on the medical aspect. We will cover our own travel, expenses, meds, etc. I know there are so many Fundraising campaigns, so many people and animals in needs, but we could not just keep waiting and losing precious time that Rega Needs. It will mean a lot for any help you can give. Nothing is too small.
