In Germany near Frankfurt am Main at the Highway A - 3 was the
terrible ADAC car accident the year 2006 at 1 o clock in the early
morning!!!
...and today, June 2015 we continuing have many many problems for that accident... NOT MADE FROM US!!!!!!!
Our red Ford Transit car....was TOTALLY DESTROY!!!
Germans from a German company call ADAC (General German Automobile Club) came to repair our car because it has a little defect, and when they took us away from the highway, they "toll car" was too small for our car!!! They were driving fast...and had overweight!!!
The REAL reason of the accident it was that they were tolling us on a little car and toll us with a very small trailer. it was not a normal Breakdown Truck only a very small trailer!!!!!!!
They MUST only take 9 passengers on their small vehicle...but we were inside THEIR ADAC car 11 people!!! There were allowed to carry ONLY 9 persons!!!
At the time we were toll, trying to reach the Highway, A POLICECAR stop us, because they notice that the ADAC car has 2 more passengers as they were aloud and also they had overweight!!! Also any Child seat for our little 2 years all girl! But 5 minutes after...BIG SURPRICE, the 2 policeman let the driver from ADAC live the place. That was against the German low!!! Then the ADAC driver give gas and was driving fast. Suddenly it happens. All 3 vehicles TIP OVER to the left in the middle of the highway at 01:30 in the morning!!!
The ADAC driver was the first one going out of the car, moving OVER US INJURED PEOPLE going out from the destroy window behind and never help us 10 more people to come out of the destroy car!!!
I came out as second, my 2 years daughter the 3, my wife, and other woman, then the 3 man and all the others. Blood AND GLASSES were all over the place...
2 of us lost our Teeth, my wife had a lot of blood at the left arm. Our little 2 year child has blood at the face, lips, arms hand and pieces of Glass everywhere. I was very injured too, losing 4 Teeth and blood all over me...together with other 3 Mexicans.
It come the ambulance and our 2 years daughter was taking AWAY from the arms of her mother!!! My wife and me WE must live the accident place WITHOUT our child, and at the hospital my wife become a 1 1/2 hour arm operation and she has 4 bones Brocken from her back. At 6 in the morning we become at the main Railway Station because the Police, the ADAC and the hospital did not knew WHERE out child and all the others was!!!

hours AFTER the accident we knew were 3 of the injured people were,
including our child... At a car rental mechanic place from the german
company ADAC!!!
WITHOUT a doctor, bed, shower, food or even a Toilet!!! The ADAC Company did not want that the Press write about it for their "image" and never ever took any of the other 4 injured people to a doctor or hospital!!!!!!!
The other 5 Mexicans together with a worse injured person, without seen a doctor, were send away on a rental car to the north of Germany!!! About 200 Kilometers away! The German company ADAC did not wanted to pay Doctors, Hospitals and Phsiquiaters and we MUST make 45 Demonstrations outside at the ADAC national Company in Stuttgart, Munich, Cologne, Bonn, Nuremberg, Frankfurt, Aschaffenburg etc.

Then I make a Website call: www.adacs-kandal.com and ADAC put me in Jail for that! A Judge say that the website must be taken away and I did it so.

Those people from ADAC never pay all the bills we had to pay in
advance for them! And also many our belongings like handmade drums and
Feathers were destroy... 
together with other things like a computer that disappear "and anybody knows where it its". The ADAC only cares about their IMAGE...and never care about their obligations at all!!!!!!!
SOMETHING VERY IMPORTANT! Att the time the accident happens I was
MEMBER from the Club ADAC, been call my membership: ADACPlus!!! Since
LONG 12 Years I was every year PAYING for them to "help" us
in any situation on the route! They dit not respect OUR CONTRACT!!!
After the accident...they did not accept me anymore us a
"member" of the German General Automobil Club ADAC!!!

BESIDE, we habe been working on a SOCIAL PROJECT at the south of Mexico call - AHAL - with 135 Hectars (Allmost 300 Acres)!!! Habing at the day the accident 40 workers. And we invested in that project from 1999 since 2006...over 450,000 Euros!!! Of course we can PROOF THAT!!! .
The president of our organization wrote 11 books till the year 2006!!! About Histor, Filosophie, Ways of life, Traditional medizine, litle traditional histories.... and others. Since that year because his injuries...he has not been writing any book any more...
