Billy Baker is a 66-year-old revolutionary organizer and US army veteran from Baltimore City.  He's been homeless and living in his car for more than 2 weeks, and he's struggling to find affordable housing.

Billy started volunteering with the Black Panther Party's free breakfast programs and People's Clinic when he was 13-years-old.  Today, he is still a committed fighter for social change and a pillar of his community.  In 2020 Billy was a founding member of an effort to organize tenants in northwest Baltimore to fight against slumlord management companies, and he continues to serve on the leadership council of the United Workers.
