Hello my name is Alejandro Compian. I was discharged (Honorable) from the United States Marine Corp on March 9th. Was discharged for a recurring injury in my legs after was issued faulty boots that caused injury to me and many others.
Been trying to get back on my feet and reincorporate into civilian life. The little money I had saved I used to get a truck, phone, pay rent, and basic needs. As of now I only have 17 dollars in my walllet. Bank account is in the negative.
Only just staring on my VA and don't know If or when I'll be able to get benifits.
Asking for a little help. Would like to register my vehicle and get basic liability insurance. Minor things like presentable clothing I can wear for an interview, haircut, and maybe be able to get some food that isn't ramen noodles or fast food.
The work that I can find is manual labor type work. Due to my physical condition at the moment I can only do a job every now and then. Trying to get back into civilian life has left me with alot of social anxiety that makes it difficult to interact with people face to face.
My goal is to be a video game broadcaster on twitch. As playing is the only thing that makes me feel sane and normal. Being able to do that as a job would be a dream come true. But that is not the main purpose of this post.
Doing this because I'm at a low point and I'm fearful for my future. If you feel inclined to give me some support no matter how small would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for time reading this and I wish you the best.
