Tabla is a system of integrated components which will allow technology users to have a seamless experience across a multitude of different platforms with the greatest ergonomic consideration in the design. Let's face it, technology is a pain to use. All one has to do is look without "that's just the way it is" reality blinders. The QWERTY keyboard and layout is a horrible excuse for computer input, and to not investigate this and other unergonomic ways of inputing data into our devices, and look to devise a better solution, is to the detriment of the advance of technology. The Tabla system of integrated components will integrate the best and most useful of today's communication and digital technology to its fullest potential. The Tabla system is a rethinking of human computer interfacing. Tabla will address the issues we face with technology ergonomics from a holistic perspective. Right now, take the whole of our current technology, and replace the outdated and frustrating elements with designs which seek to be one and done, in that every ergonomic consideration is addressed and replaced with pure ergonomic awesomeness. I am a writer. I know all about ergonomic frustration and carpel tunnel suffering. One of the tools which is necessary to communicate with words is the qwerty computer keyboard. Another frustration is smart phone keyboards. Both are antiquated and it is time they get the boot. The first goal of Interaction Ergonomic is to create a new and ergonomic keyboard for computer users to use to get things done easier and without carpel tunnel strain. This new input allows the user to control any other device with a super easy layout that takes only seconds to learn and a night texting a boyfriend or girlfriend to get relatively fast at it. Only weeks are needed to master and exceed the words per minute levels trained qwerty typists and stenographers achieve.  Children who learn the system will type faster than adults.  I am excited to be developing system of integrated components starting with my Tabla A.E.I.O.U one handed typing and navigation system. I believe in the ability to give computer and cell phone users a better and more relaxed way to the data into the device.
Imagine a device that would allow everyone to get something down on the fly no matter where they are or what they are doing. The technology has arrived which will allow this to happen.  Most people will point out that we have it, its called the smart phone. Haha, well, Houston we have a problem. Can you surf in the ocean and text? Can you text into your notepad when you are at work? How about when you are driving? You aren't legally allowed to be fiddling with your smart phone when you are driving in a growing number of communities. So what happens if your epiphany comes to you while you are cruising down I95? Good luck with that. Oh sure there is voice recorders, but it's still frustration to no end, dead batteries, lost files, transferring to your computer, re-listening to hours and hours of great ideas, then typing all of the information in. 

What if everyone had a better keyboard that was truly amazing, simple, perfect, and input device for all time? Then blend that with the smartphone technology, not necessarily in the form of a smart phone as we know it, suspend the holding the phone in our hand concept for a moment, and focus on the smarts, and the cellular communication parts, the connectivity aspect. Let's bury that stuff in either our shoes, or our belt. Make it where I cannot lose it simply by being me. I have never lost my belt, well maybe after I take it off and don't use it for months, but I have never lost my belt during the course of a day doing my daily routines and patterns. It's is very inefficient to be searching for a missing phone. It is crazy inefficient if the phone never turns up again. All is lost, and must be replaced, contacts, phone numbers. Tabla will address the issues related to device value. The device will be cheap and replaceable. Our information will be private and protected by a new concept of data protection.
