The orphanage in Buloba was founded in 2006 by a Swiss family, the Suters, and run in Uganda by their elderly mother. Today, the home supports 25 orphaned children and opens its door to widows and anyone in need. Until recently the project was funded by the Suter family and with some private donations, providing for the basic needs. Many of the children suffer from AIDS and other diseases and need consistent medicine and healthcare. They have been living in a rented, 3 room house, miles from the nearest water source and without electricity. The Suter family has agreed to partner with Path of Life Ministries, based in Zurich, Switzerland, to develop the project. We want the children to thrive, not just survive!  The initial goal is to buy new land and build a suitable home for the children and their caretakers, as well as take care of any emergency health issues. After this, we hope to develop the land into more self-sustainability, with a school, church, agricultural production, textiles workshop, special care for disabled children, and maybe one day a clinic. The vision is big, and cannot be achieved without your help!

These children have bright and hopeful futures, but they need our help to fufill them! Please partner with us and provide a child with a new home, elecitricity, and clean water. We use 100% money for the children, whether it goes towards their new home, an emergency doctors visit, food, or schooling.

Thank you so much for your support!
