The City of San Francisco took a 1.6 year old puppy away from his family for allegedly biting a police horse that was ridden into a field of off leash dogs for no apparent reason.

Charlie was a 1.6 year old puppy who was playing in an off leash area of San Francisco's Crissy Field. A Park Police Horse rode into the area and a scuffle occurred between the dog and the horse. San Francisco took the puppy and threatened to kill it. Legally, Charlie's family and world wide support has been able to keep Charlie from being killed. However, the world has spoken and people now want Charlie returned home.

Charlie hasn't been seen in 8 months! Being denied visits from his family, being denied necessary sustenance, being denied human contact, and being denied any love locked in an 8x4 cell.

Charlie's family and the millions who support Charlie don't even know if Charlie is alive and the city refuses to produce him!

This call for help is genuine and in support of Charlie being returned home.
