My name is Tarmizi, and for the past 3 years I've been fighting with Crohn's Disease.It started with GERD back in year 2017 and the symptoms increased year after year. Medications were given and treatments such as 2 years of endoscopy,colonoscopy and CT scan is an mandatory to review an outcome to evaluate the best care. Due to this, I've developed severe anxiety and depression till I need medication to help me to ease with everyday life. At times, I can't even walked far or get up bed due to it. I also had Myocarditis too in mid year 2024 which lead to heart muscles damage on one part of my heart muscles. With God grace,it was detected early. Till this date, I still have to follow up with my Cardio Specialist,Gastro Specialist and Physiatrist.

Through all the obstacles, I've continued working multiples jobs possible to support myself. I have never asked for financial help before which makes creating this fundraiser incredibly hard. I totally felt sense of guilt, but I really need help. My Central Provident Fund provided by government is depleting due to outpatient specialist cost that continues. I do not have any savings or life insurance.Regular Life bills and supportive care has increased too. Every Donation,Love,Share and Prayer helps me fight . So that I know that I am not alone.
