We never imagined we would be in a position where we’d need to ask for help, but right now, we truly do.

For over two years, I’ve been in a disability case and unable to work, and during that time, providing for my three children has been a constant challenge. Recently, my mom sold our family home of 12 years in Georgia so we could start fresh in Florida and be closer to my sister (my mom's other daughter) and her only other grandchild besides my kids because she is struggling with her son being autistic. We trusted the process and the information we were given, hoping it would bring us stability.

Unfortunately, the home we moved into in Jacksonville has turned out to be far from what we were promised. What was described as a fully remodeled house has instead become a place full of unexpected repairs and serious issues. We’ve used all of our available funds trying to fix what we can, but there is still so much that needs to be done, and we’re no longer able to keep up with bills or basic expenses.

On top of that, the neighborhood has not been a safe or healthy environment for my children, and my mom’s health has been declining, making things even more difficult.

In addition, I am currently dealing with serious dental issues that have led to constant pain and infection. I need multiple teeth removed and implants, but my insurance has denied coverage, and this is something we simply cannot afford while struggling to keep up with basic living expenses.

We are now trying to sell this home so we can move somewhere safer and more stable, but we need help to get there. We are also trying to catch up on overdue bills and provide basic necessities, including clothing for my children.
