Several departures but also lots of new arrivals this month, including some with special or urgent veterinary needs.
Long term resident, scared dog Afrodita has finally gone to a foster home in the UK, where she will be receiving one-to-one care, and we hope she will become more confident with time. Paralysed boy Buddy went to a long term rescue in the UK but, worryingly, a serious infection has been diagnosed: we all hope he pulls through, as he has come so far since he was shot. Curly, Ebony, Paris and Rosa are en route to a UK rescue as I write this, and Ella has already found a new home through the same rescue. Brex is also on his way today (lets hope his travel goes OK after a few false starts), while Noel has been adopted by his fosterer.
A total of twenty (20) additions this month! Caki helped to rescue a very young (less than 8 weeks old) puppy from a flooded sewer, where he would otherwise certainly have drowned: we've decided to call him Zak. And he found a poor dog with a metal tube stuck on her head: named Tina, she was also a pup, and had the tube on for many weeks and was maggoty as a result. Lex was rescued after struggling with a broken leg for several days following an RTA, while Lenga and Lofty had been fed on the street by an older man who passed away. Haze was found, recently neutered but then dumped on the highway to Praca, while cane corso CeeCee and her three pups were also found abandoned on a highway. Delyn was found by a dumpster, while staffie Shadow was on the street and at risk from dogcatchers. Beautiful tornjak Susie was adandoned on a highway intersection, and desperately chased after Cakis car. Other new arrivals include Maddie, pup Mary and Merlin. Praca dogs include Alice and her friend Marko, scared girl Bronwen, and very shutdown girl Jelena.

Please do look out for possible new homes for Caki's
dogs - they are safe in "pension" but they all really need
proper homes. If you can help him in anyway please share his
struggle: HELP CAKI DOGS TO FIND HOMES.
It is imperative that the animals in pensions are safe in pensions,
as they are far too friendly and would be easy pickings for the dog
catchers. But in order to keep them safe we need YOUR help.
