It was few years ago when I got the idea of improving current economic system. Now I consider my idea fully developed and myself completely prepared to propagate the idea of Real Virtual Economy. In the current times the need for the change in economic system is the most important and urgent thing. Our world is developing very fast. So many technological changes we have seen in last decades. But economic system has not been changing much. There was the change when gold standard was gradually abolished and of course then Keynesian economic system started to take dominance. The idea of Keynesian economy was first presented in the 30’s of 20th century. This economic system is basically good, and of course during the years was slightly modernized to the current version. But would you use just slightly modernized car or airplane from 30’s? Except few enthusiasts surely not. And this is a technology , which takes quite time to change. Economy should change much more faster to prevent or reduce the impact of economic crisis. Economy is the main factor responsible for material happiness of people, which is the main concern of vast majority of people. Current Keynesian system is good and should be still used, but there is need to add something new and extra to this system, which will not be just cosmetic but fundamental change. And that is Real Virtual Economy. So instead the old car you will get new completely modern one.

The basic idea of Real Virtual Economy is to establish global organization similar to IMF and World Bank. This organization should be called World Virtual Bank (WVB) and its aim should be to distribute money to different countries. The money here will be created just virtually according the needs of different countries. Let’s give an example. For example India or Ethiopia will come with the request that they need to build 3 hospitals and accommodation for 1 million people. As India and Ethiopia are undeveloped countries, they will get money from WVB to do so. Of course everything will be closely monitored, and people getting accommodation, will have to fulfil certain criteria. Let’s give another example. Now developed country like Canada has different needs then Ethiopia, but still for better life they need more money. In Canada and other developed countries extra money can go to guaranteed income for every living person. This guaranteed income should be around the half of minimum wage, and should cover the basics like food and clothing. Moreover the WVB will give amounts to every country who will be member (except the North Korea every country can become the member – North Korea for becoming the member would have to follow at least the basic minimum of human rights and stop atomic weapons development), for proper working of the state and the government, even for paying the public debt (public debt will be reduced to 70% for countries who have higher debts, and then conserved at this percentage. Annual interests up to 2% from bonds will be covered by WVB. Countries with lower debts will be conserved at their respective percentage of debt). Such a system will enable even free health care for everyone, as that is another field which will be financed from WVB, as well as pensions. Then is up to every country how they will manage their another finances, but well managed country with healthy public finances will be able to abolish any profit tax, just leaving some decent social tax from employment (from this the pension will be later counted and money collected from this can go for another social activities) and VAT tax for creating some income for the fields which will never be covered by WVB, like is for example the army. So for every country there will be a specific programme. WVB will also support science and different ecological projects and purposes. It will help to reduce the poverty and it will give everybody the access to the health care, education and decent accommodation.

World Virtual Bank will have its own digital currency called Virtec with exchange rate equal to USD. The currency will therefore behave as the USD. The currency will not be allowed to be traded on FOREX. When finances will go to particular country, then they will be changed to the particular currency of the country according the exchange rate at the time of transaction.

This fund raising is done for establishing a nonprofit organization, which will promote this idea among economists, students, politicians, businessmen and people in general. This future nonprofit organization called Real Virtual Economy Help will be established when amount of 100 000 USD will be collected. The amount will be used for travel expenses, related salaries, web page, propagation and writing a professional economic book (for which the cooperation of many experts will be required). Everything will be fully transparent. If you like the idea, please donate any small or big amount to make the world better place. If the required amount will not be collected, then I will still continue fundraising and will be propagating the idea. If amount collected will be around 10 000 USD, then I may already establish the endowment fund and propagate idea, while still working, and do fundraising until the amount of 100 000 USD is contributed, as this is the minimum amount for me to leave the work, and start to propagate this noble idea, which is capable to bring the world the biggest change in our history, full time. If collected amount will be lower then 5 000 USD, then I will continue fundraising and propagation without establishing endowment fund and at the end of the year I will collect the funds and will use them for my personal expenses related to propagation.

So I need your help in raising finances for propagating this idea. This is the test, if people are interested in my idea. If at least some interest will be shown and some decent money collected, then I will establish endowment fund dedicated to this noble idea. Thank you very much for your help.
