In summer 2016 I'm traveling to Uganda with the organization, Volunteer Uganda! I will be teaching English, Maths and Science five days a week in a primary school in southwest Uganda for 12 weeks and will also be involved in Volunteer Uganda's HIV outreach programme.

The twelve weeks is going to cost nearly £3000, excluding flights and any extra spending money whilst out there. In order to raise this money I will be both working and doing events such as car boot and cake sales as well as hopefully a quiz night and charity event in order to raise funds for this expedition.

I have set up this page to raise awareness for this project and also to reach out to anyone who is able to help me along the way!

I will be so grateful to anyone who is able to give any amount towards this project no matter how small! enabling me to do what is going to be an experience of a lifetime, not just for myself, but for the hundreds of children I will be teaching in Uganda.
