Maria faced intestinal cancer with bravery, but the treatment left severe aftereffects. Today, the comorbidities resulting from this process directly affect her health, her daily life, and her dignity. She needs support to continue caring for the life she fought so hard to preserve.

# Helena Ramos da Silva – Recurrent Wilms’ Tumor
Helena is just 5 years old child. After a long, exhausting, and painful treatment, the tumor has returned. Her family is once again facing hospitals, uncertainty, and rapidly rising expenses that go far beyond what they can manage. A child should never have to fight for her life twice—but Helena is fighting, and we can fight alongside her.
