My wife and I have found ourselves without a home in Wyoming. After a series of events starting with our landlord being unwilling to give us two weeks to come up with the rest of rent for the month after never having missed a monthly payment ( I suspect he didn't like my wife's E.S.A. dog ) we found ourselves living in a motel room which started a series of hospital visits and ultimately a trip to a dermatologist. I was misdiagnosed with shingles first , then suspected of having mpox . Finally after two weeks of believing I had a disease that nobody could figure out I found out I was being bitten by BEDBUGS! as it turns out I am hypersensitive to their bites and my wife doesn't react at all . This was why no doctor could accurately diagnose me , I am so sensitive to the bites that my skin blisters and turns into open wounds of which some on my hand are still healing after almost four weeks now after being bitten. After my wife and I searched the room we found many bed bugs of which we captured some to show the front desk. The front desk was unsympathetic even after I showed them what they did to my skin and informed them that I had to visit two doctors at the hospital on two separate occasions and a dermatologist in another state . The motel offered no refund for our remaining days which I had paid in advance and asked if I was going to stay ! All of this after showing them all of the terrible blisters and wounds on my head , neck , hands , and arms . So now we've found ourselves sleeping in a van and freezing at night despite attempts to insulate windows , flooring etc . Now we have come here to seek emergency funding after formulating a plan to purchase a small camper trailer to live in during this winter while I work and save money until the spring to get us back on our feet and have some savings to restart our life. Our goal is to rough it out in the camper trailer for up to six months while we save money and plan a new start for our family. We have three daughters who are staying with a relative during this time . We hope that with your help, by next spring this will all be just a bad dream and we know we can make it happen with a small amount of help.
