137 civilians and soldiers were confirmed killed yesterday on the first day of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, but the death toll is expected to top 1,000 today, and even more in coming days, as the attacks continue & innocent civilians, including children, suffer as a result. To help, we’ve started a new Karmagawa fundraiser where 100% of the proceeds raised will be donated to @savethechildren a great charity that we’ve donated to many times before to help children in Mexico, Haiti, Afghanistan & Yemen & now they’ve put together a plan to help the children of Ukraine. There are 7.5 million Ukraine children at risk of getting injured/killed, being separated from their families & suffering war trauma so @savethechildren (who has been in Ukraine since 2014) have coordinated a plan to distribute essential supplies like clothing, hygiene kits & blankets & food, medical treatment, safe spaces & other goods to families in need. So please donate to our fundraiser & let’s help as many families/children as possible as every donation great & small is appreciated & if you can’t donate you can still help by sharing this post/fundraiser with your followers and tagging people, celebrities & influencers who need to also see/share it!
