Freendly is a morning ritual box, a mindfulness tool with the purpose of awakening an individual in easy, unique, and peaceful way.

My story

I was a lost soul until my twenties.

Violence and abuse from my stepdad lead to the development of psychological issues, including anxiety and depression, which contributed to my failures and suffering.

I was a rigid atheist because all I saw around me was pain. There was no place for positivity and God in my life. I tried to escape my life and my problems with drugs and toxic behavior, ruining my life day by day.

I reached a point where I was homeless, addicted to drugs, and completely alone. This was the moment of my breakdown. I lost all control over my life and, at that moment, I completely surrendered, knowing I had no power. This was my liberation.

Mystical experience

If someone had told me back in my atheist days I would become devoted to God, I would never have believed them. I almost feel as if God slapped me awake one day, like a sudden awakening.

It happened when I was on my way to rehab. Suddenly I felt spasms in my chest, started gasping for air, and then burst into tears. I couldn’t stop crying for over an hour, but they were not tears of sadness and remorse. I felt so light, as if I had no body and my mind was at peace, as if I never had problems. I just knew it was God; I felt it with my whole being. There was no image and I couldn’t name him, I just knew. This was awakening to spirituality.

180 change to my life

Ever since, I have been studying psychoanalysis and the religions of Christianity, Buddhism, and Hinduism to comprehend the nature of my awakening.

Today I’m completely independent, drug-free, have a good job, and a life without any negative vices. I’m striving for better and prospering only because of God’s grace. That is the reason I devoted myself to spirituality and sharing it with other people.

I’m not a guru and altogether I have no intention of converting anyone to any religion or changing anyone’s beliefs; rather, I feel like I was awakened for a reason and this reason is to spread good news, news of liberation for others.

Ever since my liberation I have been studying the nature of God and was possessed with a very strong desire to understand and share it with other people. I studied countless numbers of holy scriptures and books and inquired into all major religions. My passion connected me with a lot of people in the field of psychology, and Christian, Hindu, and Buddhism communities. I was looking for a way to make spiritual and psychological freedom available to everyone, no matter ethnicity, age, intelligence, or any other factors

I created this ritual box because I believe in the importance of a good morning routine and know the impact it has in the overall mood of the day.

The best guru is yourself

I know that there are many books and techniques that cover this kind of practice so I wanted to make something unique. I focused on developing a tool for spirituality that is easy to use and suited for any individual and any situation. My philosophy is based on the belief that peace of mind can only be achieved through tapping into your psyche by efforts of consciousness, not external stimulus.

The simplistic design and minimalistic style of Freendly removes unnecessary confusion and puts focus on mindfulness by tapping directly into the mind. There is no right or wrong way to use it. All questions, quotes, illustrations, and poems were created with the purpose to make a person mindful. They have nothing to do with dogmas or truths but rather have the purpose of pointing to your own nature and divine self through introspection

Two very important parts of this ritual box that make it unique are the dice and bracelet with attachments.

Act of Faith

Dice are used for getting in sync with the Universe. By throwing them, you let the Universe decide what will guide you today, it’s an act of faith that aligns you with the natural flow.

Reminder

The bracelet has attachments that correspond to different chapters; this is a tool to keep you mindful. We all have busy schedules and, most of the time, we are too caught up in the stream of busyness that we forget anything not related to what we’re doing that very moment. This is where the bracelet comes in handy (no pun intended); it reminds you of Freendly and spiritual process.

Funding and fulfilment

The project is fully developed at this stage. All blueprints, illustrations, and contents in the book are ready. Also, manufacturer’s quotes have been obtained for every Freendly component.
