Talofa lava, Kia ora to all our family and friends. We are fundraising for our son Tyrone Isaiah Sulusulumaivasa to attend 2 training sessions (American Football) held in Hawaii  in September 2015.

Tyrone is 14yrs old. He is of Samoan, Maori and Cook Island descent.  He currently attends Governor Stirling Senior High in which he represents his school in AFL as part of his school program. Tyrone also plays Rugby Union for the Southern Lions Rugby club - U14s, he also represents the Outlaws - U14s in Rugby Sevens. Tyrone also represents Kalamunda Bulldogs - U14s for Rugby League.

As many of you may be aware it is very hard as parents to finance your child/children's sporting ambitions. Without the help of sponsorship or funding for teams and individuals in Australia, it makes it difficult to support your children financially in achieving the goals they wish to pursue, without limitations and the financial boundaries. We all want the best for our children, so we constantly have to come up with more creative and innovative ideas to raise the money that is required.

To start our trip to Hawaii we first need to catch a flight to Sydney and then travel onto Honolulu from there. Our trip will take us 9 days in total. We plan to be in Hawaii for 5 days, and 4 days will be solely taken up in just travelling.

We are asking all our family and friends to please help support us by getting our son Tyrone to Hawaii to attend these training sessions. To make this experience happen we require your generosity in donating money to the attached account, via this website. The amount we are trying to fundraise is for Tyrone’s flights and accommodation, the amount we require is roughly $2,000.  We are not sure what to expect heading over there, but all we know is this is a great opportunity for Tyrone to learn, engage and most importantly understand that hard work, commitment and dedication will help him in LIFE.

When it seems like things are impossible with the support of family and friends everything seems possible.

God Bless.

Jesse and Tracey.
