This little angel was found padlocked and starving in horrible conditions with no food no water and no traces of any. She had dug at her surroundings trying to attempt to free herself from her 5x5 enclosure and be free to find food or water and get out of the pounding heat.
When we got the call we were shocked to find this baby chained and nothing of water or food. scared and cautious she was not sure what to do but with the empting of my water bottle for her to drink we immediately made friends.
This angel needs vet care and test to make sure where her health is and what is needed. She will need fully vetted.
If you can donate please do we need to now act immediately to get this girl what she needs.
When the owners are found there will be action taken but right now this was in an building that was lost in foreclosure when the owner died so there is no clear person of ownership.
