dear friends... many of you are aware of our situation, but to
refresh... Bruno and I are in love, we have a 3 and a half year old
son, and we want to be together. But Bruno is Belgian... so, in order
for us to be together, Bruno has to immigrate to the U.S. - This
process, in addition to being (understandably) daunting, is also very
costly. Since I have not been able to work for the last few years, due
to debilitating depression, anxiety, and chronic pain from
Degenerative Disk Disease, we are shy of funds, on this side of the
Atlantic. That's where you come in... if you can help us meet these
costs, we will be able to stay together, as a family, as a couple, and
oh so importantly, Bodhi will have his Papa here, instead of seeing
him on skype, like we'd done for almost 3 years.
UPDATE: Early 2014.... in late August 2013, Bruno started
staying out all night, refused to take a cell phone with him, and
suddenly wanted to "reinvent" himself (for instance, he
hated quinoa in July, but by october he LOVED quinoa! in addition to a
sudden desire to lift weights, tan, get a haircut and whiten his teeth
- but more on the quinoa in a moment.) He told me that his all night
excursions would help our struggling, sad, and ONE SIDED marriage (i
did ALL THE WORK!!) - turns out Bruno was CHEATING on me with a
shallow*, cruel*, selfish/self absorbed*, pretentious*,
skanky/slutty*, manipulative", deceitful* person who, SURPRISE,
loves quinoa (making the connection?) whom he probably stalked on
Facebook to learn about her habits/interests, etc.
then i found out, in october that he was telling people HE NEVER
LOVED ME, did NOT want to be married to me, never wanted to have a
child with me (even though he told me REPEATEDLY in previous years
that he WANTED to "impregnate" me) - this contradicts
EVERYTHING he said to me via email and phone in the years that he was
away, having told me that ALL he ever wanted was to be with me, love
me, be a "family," make love, and he told me that he wanted
to "worship" me "like a goddess." - any time i
would attempt to end the relationship because he would not do anything
to actually make any of that happen, he would beg me not to leave him,
give him (another) chance, etc...
but obviously, based on his actions, the truth was what he was
telling people in the months of September and October 2013..
the reality is that he conned me into thinking we should be
together..,.
in my experience based opinion, Bruno is a liar, abusive, a
cheater, and he ABANDONED his wife and child, emotionally, physically
and financially... he was not the person he tried to convince me he
was from 2007 through July 2012... he psychologically and emotionally
manipulated and abused me when he would repeatedly threaten to kill or
hurt himself if he had to leave the country/his son... but it turns
out he could not care less about either of those things... Bruno is
the epitome of self-centered, superficial, and irresponsible... he
left in November 2013, and i swear i will never have anything to do
with him (or his fake*, arrogant* enabler) ever again.
*those are all words that OTHER people used to describe her to
me... based on the consistancy of disgust and general dislike for that
female, i feel compelled to describe her as others did, without regret.
i am SO SORRY that we were ALL duped by that person. he broke my
heart and by cheating on me and abandoning his son he has solidified a
generational family dysfunction.
