Hello, first I’d like to thank you for taking your time to read my story! I am a single mother of six children. In March of 2025, my children & I lost everything we owned, including the one and only house we have ever called home. We have been staying in hotels and with friends and family. I recently got a new job, a car & were about to apply for an apartment. 
 
The reasoning behind this campaign is for my daughter’s dental surgery. She has state insurance & recently the state insurance started paying for braces when they’re medically necessary. Hers are medically necessary to an extent. She has to have a pretty lengthy oral surgery procedure.

They’ll cut out all four wisdom teeth then remove her two baby eye teeth, making cuts in her gums to attach these small devices to her permanent eye teeth so  that they are able to slowly pull the permanent ones down & into their correct spaces in her mouth.

One of her permanent eye teeth has moved up and over her two top front teeth and although it seems medically necessary for this oral surgery it is not covered my her insurance.

Please help! Anything and everything is greatly appreciated so much.
