There is a terrible drought in the southern province of Zambia right now.. It's has not rained in a year and people are dying like animals. Mothers are leaving their children on our organization doorstep because they can't feed them. Over 150 children have been abandoned.. Some of them have already died from starvation and malaria. 

Because of malaria we have to take about 38 children to the health center while others are spending nights on the floor. In the midst of this we are trying to drill a borehole to help out with Agriculture projects and to provide clean water. There is no food people are now eating glass and plants which are making them sick and through our means we only manage to provide a bowl of porridge for the day. 

We cannot do this on our own.. We desperately need help from friends like you..we don't have anything to say apart from pleading to you to consider giving something. 

These people are dying everyday but you can save their lives by giving us the resources to purchase food, seed, water, medicine and other necessities to keep them alive until we can get through this.
