Goths Against Cancel Culture along with it's creator, Danielle Astraea, along with groups admins, Brian Graupner, & Jake Munro filed a civil case against for alleged defamation & a loss for stickers refunded to them which seems to warrant asking for $10,000.

• I, Monique, am an Indigenous single Mom who advocates for the LGBTQIA2S+ community, as well with POC issuesc& domestic violence victims.
  I work in retail so I don't have a lot to spend on 2 attorneys. One for me & one for my sister whom is being targeted by GACC with their harassment in an attempt to sue me. My sister is mentally disabled & housed in a facility where she has NO internet access.
• Only spoke with truth and screen shots.
  This whole claim is unwarranted because I  didn't say anything that isn't public knowledge. Every time I called GACC out for bullying I provided screen shots. Even have proof the pages creator facilitated the bullying.
• Goths Against Cancel Culture has continuously harassed people online.

  For a group claiming to be inclusive & non-political... there has been an insane amount of complaints from POC, LGBTQIA2S+ (especially the trans community), and music scene being ostracized just for defending others for being bullied.
