Our widowed friend Rahila in Niger is in need. Can you help?
"A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows,
is God in his holy dwelling." Psalm 68:5
Please help her and her children to have a secure, reliable home.
Since the pandemic the required support to her family for basic needs such as : food, housing, and school for the children no longer exists.
She currently rents a house. If she were to return to the village of her late husband the children would not receive an education since there would be no schools in the area. Her late husband Pastor Abdou (dear friend and our ministry partner) and Rahila were passionate about educating their children.
Rahila's midwife salary does not meet the family basic needs. We know Rahila to be an excellent mother, honest, hard working, and a woman of deep faith in Christ. Life is overwhelming for her. She had purchased some land to build a small house several years ago and the foundation has been completed. She has 2 trustworthy people to oversee the construction while she continues to work.
Living in her own home would reduce her monthly expenses significantly so she can meet her families needs on her own.
