My name is Mark Feigin. I am the victim of vicious false hate crime allegations by the Islamic Center of Southern California, CAIR(COUNCIL OF AMERICAN ISLAMIC RELATIONS), MPAC(MUSLIM PUBLIC AFFAIRS COUNCIL), the LAPD (Los Angeles Police Department). and former Attorney General - now current U.S. Senator from California- Kamala Harris. I am the victim of political profiling.

I am a Trump supporter and proud gun owner. I was falsely charged with threatening an Islamic Center over the phone in 2016 by then-California Attorney General Kamala Harris after writing a few Facebook posts that were critical of Islam. I am facing six years in prison -- for something I didn't do.

Since then, a Satanic cabal consisting of Kamala Harris, the corrupt Los Angeles Police Department, CAIR, the Islamic Center of Southern California, and the lying mainstream media has completely destroyed my life, financially and otherwise. The LAPD raided my home Gestapo style and took my legally-owned guns and ammo, which they used to portray me as a domestic terrorist to the lying media.
Kamala Harris, on the other hand, is now the junior Senator for California. Even worse, the media is grooming her to run for President in 2020.
The Islamic Center of Southern California, in typical Islamic taqqiya (Islamic deception) fashion, lied to the LAPD to get me arrested. 

I am facing six years in prison, but was told by Harris that if I renounce the Ku Klux Klan and the alt-right, I would receive probation reducible to a misdemeanor. I am half-Jewish and half-Catholic; why would I ever support the KKK? The campaign against me is Soviet in style: renounce your political ideology (which you don't even ascribe to) and stay out of the GULAG. By the way, I wasn't ever a member of the alt-right. I am a conservatarian (conservative slash libertarian).

I was arrested on October 19, 2016, and charged with Hate Crimes and Annoying Phone calls (it's now illegal to be annoying in California btw) against the Islamic Center of Southern California by the Los Angeles Police Department, and Attorney General Kamala Harris. 

THERE WAS NEVER ANY EVIDENCE OF HATE CRIMES OR EVEN EVIDENCE OF ANNOYING PHONE CALLS BY ME. I WAS TARGETED BECAUSE I WAS A TRUMP SUPPORTER, GUN OWNER AND GREAT POLITICAL PAWN, RIGHT BEFORE THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION OF 2016. 

An employee at the Islamic Center named me as the person who made a hate crime call and annoying phone call to the Islamic Center of Southern California.  This is the same employee whose Twitter account has pictures of drug pipes and drug references, and writes songs titled "drive by productions", probably referencing drive by shootings. This employee's Facebook page also contains a photo where he appears to be making a gang type hand sign. I sent the photo to people experienced with street gangs who claimed that the hand sign may in fact have been a gang sign. Some Islamic Center employee!

There wasn't even a recording of the alleged hate crime threat call. I believe that the employee at the Islamic Center was probably seeking revenge for a couple critical Facebook statements I may have left on the Islamic Center of Southern California's facebook site. I believe I was basically retaliated against for expressing my First Amendment rights. The employee at the islamic center claimed I had made critical facebook post 5 MINUTES before the Islamic Center received threats, this has been proven to be a lie! The LAPD didn't even bother to investigate the Islamic Center employee's claims.

The Police didn't have any evidence to use against me, so they coerced a false annoying phone call confession from me by letting me, and then the media know, the annoying phone calls came from my cell phone. Here is a SUMMARY from my interrogation: I say about a dozen times that I don’t remember ever calling the mosque (which was true, because I didn’t). They(LAPD) say: “Well, we have you on tape doing it,” and I say, “Well, if I did I don’t remember it.” Over and over and over. People don’t generally expect that the police will lie to them. I ALWAYS CONSIDERED THE LAPD HEROES, I HAD NO IDEA THEY ARE LYING MANIPULATIVE GANGSTERS. 

I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I FINALLY RECEIVED MY DETAILED CELL PHONE RECORDS BECAUSE MY CELL PHONE RECORDS NEVER SHOWED ANY CALLS TO THE ISLAMIC CENTER.  I WAS COERCED BY POLICE. I honestly began to believe I had made the annoying phone call, that was actually made by Michael Slawson, son of Democratically appointed Judge, John A. Slawson.(sons of judges don't get arrested often in Los Angeles)

One of the female LAPD detectives on the case later falsified a police report stating I had confessed to making the hate crime call; this was a huge blow to me. I HAD ALWAYS BEEN A SUPPORTER AND BELIEVER IN THE HONESTY AND ETHICS OF OUR SWORN LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS.

THE LAPD MANUFACTURED ME INTO A TERRORIST. FOR EXAMPLE; ALL MY AMMUNITION WHICH I COLLECT FOR INVESTMENT PURPOSES WAS CAREFULLY PACKAGED AND STORED IN SPECIAL CONTAINERS OR SEALED IN THEIR BOXES. THE LAPD RIPPED OPEN ALL OF MY AMMUNITION CONTAINERS TO SHOW OFF AT THEIR PRESS CONFERENCE. THEY WANTED TO MAKE MY ME LOOK AS SCARY AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE.

I STILL BELIEVE THE VAST MAJORITY OF POLICE OFFICERS IN THE UNITED STATES ARE HONEST AND ETHICAL, BUT THERE IS A SMALL MINORITY WHO ARE NOT; THAT SMALL MINORITY OF DISHONEST LAW ENFORCERS SEND A LOT OF INNOCENT PEOPLE TO PRISON, AND TARNISH THE MAJORITY OF BRAVE AND HONEST POLICE OFFICERS. CROOKED COPS ALSO PUT GOOD COPS IN DANGER WITH THEIR ACTIONS.

I have always revered and respected law enforcement. It was inconceivable to me that a sworn Police Officer, who takes an oath to uphold the law, could FALSIFY A CONFESSION TO A HATE CRIME ON A POLICE REPORT, and destroy the life of a law abiding citizen in such a malicious way.

The alleged annoying phone calls and hate crime call occurred on September 19-20, 2016, but the LAPD waited almost a month to arrest me. I was described by the LAPD as a pretty dangerous guy during their sensationalistic press conference.

WHY DID LAPD WAIT A FULL MONTH TO ARREST ME? LAPD waited because they were probably trying to push the story of Mark Feigin, as close as possible to the Presidential election of 2016.  THE LAPD WAS TRYING TO GET THE MOST MEDIA BANG FOR THEIR BUCK OUT OF MY STORY. The goal here was to show what a bunch of crazy, racist people Trump supporters are. I was made to look like a dangerous terrorist, racist, and gun fanatic. I COLLECT GUNS AND AMMO, AND WILL NEVER APOLOGIZE OR BE ASHAMED OF EXERCISING MY 2ND AMENDMENT RIGHTS.

My life, livelihood, and reputation were destroyed. My entire family suffered tremendously. I have been a gun and ammunition collector all my adult life. I don't even shoot my guns, yet my guns became the biggest piece of evidence against me. 

I have been persecuted for expressing my First Amendment rights. I have been persecuted for being a gun owner. 

Before this arrest, I had never been accused of any crime in my life. This experience has been devastating for me. I have developed health problems.

When my attorney received discovery for my case (DISCOVERY IS THE EVIDENCE AGAINST THE ACCUSED), it had everything, except the phone records for the Islamic Center.

Where were the phone records? Prosecutors in criminal cases sometimes leave out exculpatory evidence (EXCULPATORY IS EVIDENCE WHICH PROVES THE INNOCENCE OF THE ACCUSED).

Prosecutors get promoted when they have a good track record of convictions, so they are incentivized to sometimes make sure people accused of crimes look as guilty as possible. Prosecutors also push defense attorneys and their clients to quickly accept plea deals, so they can move on to the next case. I believe the phone records to the Islamic Center were left out of discovery in my case so that I would be pushed to accept a plea deal. Almost 95% of criminal cases are settled with plea deals.

When a person is unable to work, or even function because of a police accusation, they sometimes accept guilty plea deals as quickly as possible, to avoid financial destruction or even homelessness. Maybe the Attorney General was counting on the fact that I wouldn't have time to wait for evidence to clear my name, but instead I would accept a probation plea deal.

After some wrangling and pushing, my Private Investigator, Andy Kay of Kay and Associates,finally got his hands on the Islamic Center phone records, and what he discovered was startling:

1. THE SECOND ANNOYING PHONE CALL WAS MADE BY THE SON OF A LOS ANGELES SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE

THIS JUDGE'S SON, MICHAEL SLAWSON, ADMITTED TO CALLING ISLAMIC ORGANIZATIONS ALL OVER THE COUNTRY UP TO 11 TIMES A DAY(FROM HIS PHONE RECORDS WHICH I OBTAINED), THIS JUDGE'S SON ADMITTED TO CALLING THE ISLAMIC CENTER OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA MULTIPLE TIMES. THIS JUDGES SON WASN'T ARRESTED, HIS HOME WAS RAIDED. THE ISLAMIC CENTER EMPLOYEE STATES IT WAS THE SAME VOICE(MICHAEL SLAWSON) WHO MADE THE CALL ON SEPTEMBER 19, AND THE ALLEGED THREAT CALL ON SEPTEMBER 20, WHY WASN'T MICHAEL SLAWSON ARRESTED?

Were the LAPD and Attorney General Kamala Harris protecting the son of Los Angeles Superior Court Judge? 

2. THE FIRST ANNOYING PHONE CALL MADE BACK IN 2015 WAS MADE BY SOMEONE WITH A MID-WESTERN ACCENT WHO SOUNDED LIKE HE WAS IN HIS 50'S

Why did the LAPD and Attorney General Kamala Harris charge me for this phone call which sounded nothing like me? Because they needed someone to charge for the call, and they got me!

3. The hate crime call came from a phone number that had nothing to do with me.

The Attorney General's office informed my Lawyer the LAPD tried to trace the source of the alleged hate crime call, but were unable to do so, further more, the AG stated the FBI could do no better in tracing the call. I spoke to the FBI, who told me they have the ability to trace spoofed and fake calls. In Fact, the FBI traced a huge number of spoofed threat calls made to jewish community centers all over the country all the way to Israel. My attorney asked the AG if they would be interested in asking the FBI to investigate the threat call, the AG responded NO! -

The Attorney General in the case, probably under the direction of Senator Kamala Harris is not interested in finding the truth, because they have nothing to gain, by looking like complete idiots. What else is interesting is the method the LAPD used in tracing the threat call. They investIgated in a completely  juvenile manner, tracing a fake number as if it were a real number...what a bunch of idiots.

Why wasn't a proper investigation done?The Police waited a month to arrest me, why didn't they do their job? and at least get the Islamic Center Phone records. Even the employee at the Islamic Center who made the report, asked in his statements to LAPD.."can you help verify who the caller was?" Maybe they did, and were covering up the results of their investigation so they could nail me? We will probably never know. 

The Employee at the Islamic Center also told LAPD the calls to the Islamic Center occurred within minutes of my leaving some facebook posts on the Islamic Center's facebook page, again the LAPD never bothered to check or verify this fact, but they did put it into their probable cause statement. My Attorney discovered that my facebook posts were AT LEAST 30 MINUTES before the calls, not  5 minutes AS THE ISLAMIC CENTER EMPLOYEE STATED. the LAPD never bothered to verify any of this info, because their trophy Trump supporting, gun owning, trailer park living suspect was just too good to pass up, what a great media story I was.

How do we know the hate crime call actually contained a hate crime? We don't; there is no evidence, other than the statement from the Islamic Center employee...was he high the day the phone calls in question were made?

I am an average American, who had an average job as an Uber Driver, who lives in a trailer park, who was the perfect target right before the Presidential Election of 2016. 

I am taking a huge risk putting my story out. The LAPD may retaliate against me by planting drugs, guns, or even child porn in my home or car. LAPD still has my guns and could switch my clean gun barrels for  dirty gun barrels used in some random crimes. Unfortunately, that is a risk I have to take. This isn't just about me. THIS IS ABOUT ALL OF US. The American Criminal Justice System is a threat to all Americans; Black, White, Republican and Democrat.

According to a 1996 study by The Ohio State University -  AN ESTIMATED 10,000 INNOCENT PEOPLE ARE CONVICTED OF CRIMES IN THE UNITED STATES EVERY YEAR!

I was barely able to scrape up the funds necessary to hire a good Attorney, Private Investigator, and post bail. Otherwise, I would have been in jail, and forced to take any plea bargain the Attorney General offered.

This is the experience of most people who become victims of the criminal justice system: an innocent person struggling to get by is accused of serious crimes and must rely on the services of an overworked public defender who doesn't have a chance against the well-oiled, merciless machine that is our criminal justice system. We must reform this broken system now!

We have to make sure our elected and sworn officials who abuse their positions of power are kept accountable

We have to reform the criminal justice system which has been hijacked by corrupt leaders.
