In Brazil, many dogs live on the streets without the essentials that they need to survive--love, food, or medical care.  Officially registered as a non-profit in Brazil in 2015, Cantinha da Ritinha was started in order to address the problems that stem from this.

The organization takes in dogs that are most in need--if a dog is sick or in trouble, the organization steps in to rescue the dog.  They are the only place for homeless dogs to receive help in the area.

Cantinha da Ritinha is seeking funds to build a mobile veterinary unit for spaying and neutering all dogs at a free or reduced cost, in order to stop the cycle of homeless dogs.  Funds are also sought to help with the day-to-day costs of the operations.
