Our family is just like any other. My husband works hard and supports our family: his wife, two daughters and a step-daughter. He does that so that I can stay at home with our babies. The only problem is: although I am a US citizen and so are our daughters, he has neven been able to enjoy all the rights that an American citizen or pemanent resident does. We have fought in immigration courts and USCIS for the last 3 years only to get a denial for his Green Card last night. My husband has been in this country for 14 years, working and paying taxes for 10, never been arrested or accused of any crime...yet the USCIS wants to deport him back to Ukraine (a war zone) and leave his wife and two daughters here to fend for themselves. I have never done this, nor do I like to do this...but we need your help! Any of you who can spare any amount to help us meet our urgent need to pay for lawyer expense to file an appeal in Sergei's case, we thank you.
