FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Dr. Lenny Zaprowski announces his campaign kick-off for Johns Creek City Council (District One).
JOHNS CREEK, GA (Sept 13, 2013) – Lifelong resident of Johns Creek and local business owner, Dr. Lenny Zaprowski qualified as a candidate for the Johns Creek City Council (Post 1) Election to be held on November 5, 2013 and is officially kicking off his campaign.
The past year has been a bumpy ride for Johns Creek’s public image. With constant internal strife coming from members of the City Council, it seems hardly a day goes by without another “he said, she said” allegation in the local papers. Dr. Zaprowski feels that the people who ultimately lose out due to the internal conflict are the residents of Johns Creek. Not only do these very public disagreements hurt our chances of attracting new outside business into our community but it also hurts the morale of our citizens.
Dr. Zaprowski stated, “This is a wonderful community that I have loved my entire life. Our greatest challenge is to get our city working efficiently again. We need an independent thinking council that can work with each other and neighboring cities in a spirit of cooperation. Dr. Zaprowski went on to say, “We need to be working together – the City Council and the Citizens of Johns Creek to continue to make our community a better place to live, work and play. Let’s never lose sight of what a wonderful community we have been blessed with.”
