Hello, This is Ava (20), the daughter of Lakisha (reference pictures.)
My mother has had a difficult time to say the least, for the past few years she's had to endure multiple familial losses, including her mother, emotional stress, financial stress and health issues to top it off. I am asking for relief in donations and *quietly* sharing this campaign around to surprise her.. It is my mission, my goal, and my own ambition fueling this for her, but only because shes poured so much into me.
We have no idea what's going on with her body anymore. Since around 2021 she's experienced debilitating inflammatory flare up's- raised plaques of some sort all on her back, arms, thighs, hands, feet, and her beautiful face. Trust that she has been to all the doctors & clinics she can* afford, tests that span multiple years and congruent medical history for being seen about this, with no relief in sight.
She works and she works hard, but imagine the difficulties that may come with having dozens of red, raised, itchy & painful rash-like spots on the only body you receive in life.
My mom, she doesn't feel deserving of the help that could come from reaching out. Past those office doors she's private, cautious, and selfless.. anybody else with a loved one too afraid to ask for help? yeah, but that's why I am here.
You may ask why I (her daughter,) is deciding to take this on. My mom is well loved by so many, but she's afraid of judgement, questioning, stares etc... She's been devaluing herself believing maybe this is what God intended for the time being, well God also intended my existence on this Earth to be indispensable and for as long as I am here I will validate that.
Let me share a few things she loves that I want her to keep loving..
DOGS! My mom lovesss furbabies and has grown up with many dogs, she loved them so much she hasn't been able to move on from their passings, she refuses to adopt pets as of now.
TACOS! THE SAINTS! MJ! THE BEACH! not even the Lord can pull her off a beach.
She is so full of life, help me remind her.
My mother doesn't even have her own mommy, who will advocate for her if not me? It's been too long of her just surviving, if that- help me get her off steroids for her now* unknown medical condition and relieve her of these burdens.
