Hello, my name is Mike Gamble.  I am 27 years old. I am a Army Vetrean and i was medically dischared in 2012, moved to VA for college after i got back from my duty station in Vilseck Germany. I moved to VA cuase my brother had twin boys while i was gone so figured why not move here to spend time with them. I am a big family guy and Family is everything to me.

While i was here i met my sons mother.  We had a beautiful son and i thought my life was going to be amazing. Oh boy was i wrong.  All i ever wanted was a family. As i tried and tried with my sons mother to have this family she would always go back to her parents cause she was too immature and irresponsible to become a adult. Her mother likes to control her and shes able to cause she gives my ex what she wants. Shes been spoiled her whole life and everything was given too her. She has a daughter who i took in as my own cause her real dad didnt want to be in the picture. Ever since she was 3 i was her daddy but i was unable to fully step in cause her parents have half custardy of her and her mother always stepped in and made things hard. It got so bad with the controlling that her mother was unable to control her cause we where engaged and she didnt like that. Her mother pretty much gave her the option to stay with me or be cut off. So she choose to be with her mom. She went as far as leaving her son to have the spoiled life. I do admit i was stupid and tried to work things out and when i did, my life went down hill. Her mother made her get a Po on me and if she didnt she was going to take her daughter, her car and her phone and leave her stranded with nothing. So there i was with nothing. I have been fighting a battle that felt impossible to win. I didnt have the money to keep going to court and fighting them. So as of now we have joint and we are goint to court for custardy and thats why i am on here asking for help.  I just got back on my feet after she took everything. I got my ownplace, a car and a good job. She still lives at home with her mom and doest work and has not worked in over 4 months. Her mother pays for everything and she sits back and laughes like shes the better parent. I cant let my son be raised by her mother while she does nothing with her life.  I am one not to ask for help but i have no other options. My son is everything to me and im asking help to get a good laywer so i can get my son and raise him the right way. Please help with what you can and i will be forever greatfull and when my son gets older, he will be greatfull for your donations! Thank you
