We're a two-woman crew looking to create a story that may encourage and inform viewers about what POTS is and how it can impact someone's life.
Jessica is a runner, walker, writer, photographer, mom to a 7-year-old boy and three fur babies, and a wife. She was officially diagnosed with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) in 2017.
Samantha is helping Jessica document her story. She is a self-described "work in progress;" always going down a new rabbit hole to learn and explore! She's also a photographer, filmmaker, runner, trail race volunteer coordinator, and race director!
To accomplish our goal, we need some financial support. We are new to creating documentaries but believe in this mission. We are looking to be financially able to purchase items that will create a more professional product:
A Wireless Mic
Additional Lighting
We'd also like to be able to rent space to complete interviews of other athletes living with POTS.
Having the equipment would enable us to give our documentary a look that is more polished and professional. We feel like this would help us promote it and for the viewers to know that we have taken our time to speak to professionals and have given the project the time/knowledge that it deserves.
