Hello my name is Beth, Im an Independant Self Contractor. I have worked for myslf for over twenty years in some shape or form. This past week I found myself in a place I never thought I would be in. Asking for help! We all find ourselves one time or another in a health situation. I have always been the care giver. Caring for a triple amputee the last 14 years and others who have needed home care provision. I have been doing hair for those that are shut in. In assited homes for our Seniors and those going through rehap. Doing housekeeping in a hospital to make ends meet. Then the unthinkable happens. A roll of the foot and twist that snaps an ankle and causes for emercy surgey. With no medical and many needs for tools to just function daily. I find myself in a place I never thought I would be in. Laid up for two weeks total bed rest. Just to start. Told I wont be walking for at least two months and then maybe in four moths I might get my life back. All dpending on my ablity to listen and do what Im told. Living in Oregon with no dsiablity temoray beneifits and no way to care for those that I have cared for over the years. I found that I have to reach out and ask for help. Through a network of friends one suggested I try this fundraising to help me with some of my unexpected mouting expenses. As well not knowing how all my ends are going to be meet. Learning to lean on God and trust Him in a totally new way. Wanting to be able to go back to my life free from the mounting debit of unepexted medical bills and daily expenses. With no medical insurance to cover the mouting bills coming in. Hubby needing to be a work and I needing full time care. His job paid the rent and a few other household needs. My income meet all other needs such as food, gas and other esstial needs. We both are learning with much frustration. We are findng it diffcult so we are reaching out for help for the short term need anything would help.
