Last year, HOPEworldwide Canada- Vancouver Chapter, raised over $14,000 to support Ratanak International in their quest to prevent and rehabilitate victims of human trafficking. We also supported SOS International Children's Village with over 50 gift cards at Christmas for children to make their season brighter. We donated food and provisions at Nightshift Ministry, Downtown Eastside Women's Centre and provided Disaster Relief for the Philippines, South America and Lebanon.
Our volunteers also joined as a "Partner for Life" with Canadian Blood Services to support the gift of life and created a new revenue line for the Food Banks through ReturnIt recycling. Volunteers also crocheted "mask buddies" for healthcare and first responders to protect those ears from mask stress during COVID.
This is just a start! We want to and can do more with your generosity and support.

We are all a part of a community and at HOPE worldwide Canada, we create programs and events that engage volunteers to help their fellow community members in need. HOPE in Action is our national event bringing people together on Saturday June 19th to get ACTIVE in order to raise funds for our community programs.
Each Chapter of HOPE worldwide Canada runs programs unique to their community, helping those experiencing food insecurity or without a roof over their heads, supporting children without family units and at-risk youth or helping refugees and newcomers to Canada.
