The Main Story

One of the most significant challenges we face here at DRBC is the rising number of dogs requiring quality-of-life surgeries and various forms of medical support as they arrive at our doorstep. Many come to us without being spayed or neutered, which can lead to mammary or prostate cancer later in life. There are also those who have developed tumors and hernias that their owners have chosen to ignore; these animals endure daily pain and constant risk. It breaks our hearts to witness this suffering. Additionally, we encounter the unexplained lumps and bumps that cause persistent irritation and discomfort. Lastly, some dogs require extensive dental work, which can be incredibly costly for a dachshund. Today, we are thrilled to launch the 'Amazing Raise' and we hope you will join us in this enjoyable and life-saving initiative. Let’s create miracles together!

The Mission

Alright, team, it's time for a 'Mega Mission' here at DRBC. As you may know, we have a backlog of dogs awaiting surgeries, many of which are life-saving. We have been diligently writing grants, reaching out to corporations, and making individual efforts to meet these urgent needs, but to no avail. After some careful consideration, we realized the best course of action was to turn to you... our heroes! When you put on your capes, true magic happens. Let’s make it happen once more!

Nothing ignites the best in people quite like a bit of competition! This challenge is all in good fun and will save the lives of countless dogs. We've divided the dogs into five spirited teams, and whether a particular picture caught your attention or your own dog has experienced similar needs, there are plenty of opportunities to make a real difference. Let's get acquainted with the teams! Step 2: Choose a group to sponsor.

Step 3: Contribute towards the group’s goal.

Step 4: Decide if you would like to provide a Perk for your sponsored pup.

Step 5: Check out and smile—knowing you have just helped to save a life!
