Trama Textiles enjoys giving our weavers presents and goodies every Christmas. We travel to each of our remote communities with gift baskets of kitchen essentials for our over 100 weavers! Usually, these gifts come out of the profit of our shop, but this year our board members worry that we are unable to bear the financial strain.
Your donation to our Christmas Drive will go directly toward buying our weaver's coffee, sugar, vegetable oil, and other home necessities . With your donation, you will ensure that women in remote areas of Guatemala have access to the wondrous comforts of a warm cup of coffee and home cooked meal this holiday season.
Please be aware that the weavers will only be receiving their gift bags if our goal is reached, your donation will be refunded if we are unable to reach our goal of 1,000 USD. If we supersede our goal - we hope to buy more gifts for the children of our weavers!
