The Hustle House i sn’t a physical house; it’s a hands-on, community-powered program created by the Bambi Fund to help people returning home from incarceration turn their skills, drive, and hustle into thriving small businesses.

Because of partners like you, our participants receive:

• Direct Financial Investment: Up to $10, 000 per business for equipment, tools, business insurance, marketing, and essential operational costs.

• Holistic & Personal Growth: Hands-on business education alongside dedicated support, including in-person healing retreats guided by holistic practitioners to heal, rebuild, and lead with confidence.

• A Dedicated Community Network: Coaching, mentorship, and a community cheering them on as they reenter society as productive, independent business owners.

Our Growing Impact: 2025–2026 Milestone

Thanks to donor support, we expanded our reach across Maricopa and Pima counties, welcoming five new justice-involved entrepreneurs into our 2025-2026 cohort. We directly invested $10,000 into each business for critical equipment purchases, business insurance, marketing assets, and licensing fees.

Our latest cohort includes:

• A mobile auto detailing business

• An authentic Oaxacan food business

• An irrigation and landscaping company

• A house painting and epoxy coating business

In addition to business funding, this cohort participated in an in-person healing retreat featuring facilitators trained in holistic healing methodologies—addressing the personal, emotional, and social foundation required for long-term entrepreneurial success.

What’s Next: Expanding Access & Looking Toward 2027

We are continuously innovating to remove barriers for returning citizens. Moving forward, we are expanding our programming to create clear pathways for even more community members:

• Launching "Beyond the Side Hustle": We are launching a brand-new 5-week workshop series open to anyone looking to turn their passion into a viable business. This series will also replace traditional application barriers by serving as the prerequisite for our next full cohort.

• Preparing for Cohort 3 (2027): Following this year's "Beyond the Side Hustle" series, we will officially select and launch our 3rd Hustle House Cohort in 2027, expanding our reach into Southern Arizona and Cochise County.
