FOUR Elements Fitness is a women of color owned organization, our mission is to create an intersectional space, and continue to take measures to crate safer practices that acknowledge the complexity of the needs of at-risk communities, including but not limited to: women, people of color, LGBTQ+ people, disabled people, low-income people, immigrants and refugees. We strive tirelessly to maintain an accessible, inviting, safe and professional environment for the safety and well-being of every member and guest.

Launch the Next Season of Women of Color Self Defense Program at FOUR Elements

Our goal is to provide free self-defense training for girls and women at FOUR Elements Fitness. We seek to offer girls and women in the community up to 20 scholarships per month over a period of a year.
