Not only does the growth of our programs depend on volunteers, but it's also a core component of the leadership stream we are developing for the local youth. We have 3 programs that each need a volunteer to run them.

The longevity of our program depends on having people to see it through. We're not yet in a position to pay our executive director a salary, or even an hourly wage, but we want to start with this very modest monthly stipend. (Less than half of minimum wage in Peru.)
