Parking: While there are many ways to enter Chinguacousy Park, we recommend you enter through the Bramalea Rd and Goodwood Rd intersection. This entrance is beside the parking lot and the field (no payment required).

What is Soccer for Charity? This is a one-day event organized by us (Santiago Erazo & Enzo Guerra) to fundraise for International Teams Canada (iTeams), a registered charity that works to alleviate poverty around the world. We both began as interns in May, 2022, and have since become very passionate about the work that iTeams does. Currently, there are over 10 different countries that iTeams works with, each with unique partnerships with local leaders. Each program aims to see lives and communities transformed by the power of God.
Why Soccer for Charity? As interns, our goal is to eventually raise $10,000 (each) for the programs at iTeams. We hope that this event can be one of many ways to get there. We also both really like soccer, so it's a win-win!
Who is Soccer for Charity for? This event is for everyone! We are looking for players to participate in the 11 v 11 match. We are looking for at least one referee for each game. And if soccer is not your thing but you'd still like to come out and support by watching, please do so (no registration required)! Each field has lots of seating availability.
When and where? There will be two games, both on June 25, 2022. One will take place at Ron Joyce Stadium at McMaster University (Hamilton, ON) between 12:30-2:30pm, while the other will take place at Terry Fox Track and Field Stadium (Brampton, ON), between 4:00-6:00pm. Please make sure to arrive on time! Deadline to sign up is Thursday, June 23rd!
How? All you need to do is sign up below using the registration form (follow the instructions below). This event is free for everyone, though we do welcome and encourage donations. Our suggested amounts are $25 or more for players, $5 or more for spectators, and $0 (free) for referees! Once everyone has signed up, you will get notified regarding what team you'll be on, your team captain (Santi or Enzo), and what colour you should wear for the game! Please make sure to select the correct location that you want to play at.

Sign Up Instructions

2. Click the "Sign Up" button, confirm your location, and provide your informations.
3. Return to the page and give a donation.
4. Show up on June 25th and play!
