Thank you for registering for the 15th Annual Community Care Durham (CCD) Walk for Mental Health Awareness. We are so excited to have you participating!

Here are a few things you should know:

  1. All Walk participants who raise $25 per person or more will receive a 2020 Walk T-shirt on the day of the Walk.
  2. Register by June 1, 2020 to qualify for the Early Bird Prize Draw.
  3. Prizes for the Top Two Individual fundraisers and the Top Team fundraiser!

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at the Port Perry Fairgrounds! Remember that Registration begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. and the Opening Ceremony and Walk begin at 9:30 a.m. Prize draws will be at 11:30 a.m. We will have supervised children’s crafts and activities available, as well as the opportunity to connect with some of our Community partners if you choose.

A free lunch will be provided and bring some cash because we will have an amazing selection of Silent Auction items to bid on. Rain or shine we will be there! Dogs are welcome too!

Invite your friends and family to join you in fundraising and see you at the Walk!
