This year the East Carolina Club Baseball team is conducting a fundraiser and asking for financial contributions from the best fans in the world and supporters of the program. The funds generated through this campaign will allow these players to concentrate on being the best they can to compete at the 2018 NCBA World Series for another National Championship. These funds will go directly to paying for the expenses related to the travel and accommodations associated with this year's World Series. As our program and its success has grown over the years, the expenses associated with our post season have also grown. Any contribution is greatly appreciated by our entire team and staff.
Our team has recently won the Mid-Atlantic Regional tournament and will be playing in the NCBA World Series. The tournament starts on May 25th and will be held at Ting Stadium in Holly Springs, North Carolina. The tournament concludes with the National Championship game which will be played on Thursday,May 31st.
As a club program, the players are responsible for raising money to pay for all post season expenses. With the best fan base in the country, we were fortunate to receive help with our successful trip to Martinsville, Virginia this past weekend. The parents, family, and friends of ECU Club Baseball make our post season efforts possible and we could not be any more thankful for the help we receive from our fans.
The support we receive is truly unbelievable. To pay for traveling expenses and ten hotel rooms for six nights we need approximately $8,000. We believe we can achieve our goal based on the tremendous support and following we receive from our fans. If there is any way you can help by donating or sharing, we will be forever thankful.
