Imagine being a new Mom guarding your Baby and the only safety you had were some trees along a busy road.  No comfy bed, no guarantee of food and fresh water, and most definitely no good rest as you were always on high alert.

That was the life is brave Mom and her little one were living - uncomfortably close to a busy road in Dade County.  Something happening to them wasn't a matter of if, it was a matter of when.

And then their luck changed.

Some kind folks found them and stepped up to get them to safety, but they needed a place for them to go....Could we help?

Heck yes we can help.  

If you can catch them, we will take them.

So off into a somewhat deserted area of Dade County their angels went, armed with a cage and some good food that no Mom or pup could resist.

As the cars drove by, the pair could not say no to a meal and the next thing they knew, they were on their way to safety.

We have named the little pup Willow and her brave Mom Jasiri (which means bold, which is the perfect name for a Mom protecting her little one with hardly any resources along a street...).

They are safe with us now and we are back to ask your support to cover their care and getting them hooked up with everything they need to start their lives over again, with nothing but good days ahead of them.
