Bertie was rescued from the euthanasia list at the county shelter.  She is an adorable Shar Pei mix!

Due to a shortage of foster homes, Bertie went into boarding in order to save her from euthanasia at the shelter. In boarding, she has become kennel stressed and showed some issues with other dogs. We would like to get Bertie some one on one intensive training to address these issues and help her become more adoptable!  She has been languishing in boarding and deteriorating there, so we want to get her the help she needs ASAP so she can be in a home soon.

Bertie also needs a foster home soon, so if you're interested in helping her, send me a message to lisa@luckydogrescue.org   She is such a sweet and loving dog, is great with people and has so much potential!  We are sure with a little training help she will become a well balanced highly adoptable dog.
