URGENT APPEAL FOR OUR SPIRITED SENIOR WILFRED TO CATCH HIS FLIGHT TO FREEDOM THIS SUNDAY 23/02/25.
Wilfred is another sad story... He was brought to the shelter by the Council. Surprisingly he had a registered microchip which we immediately contacted, but his 'owner', said he was leaving Cyprus and would send "a friend" to collect the dog. Needless to say, nobody showed up!
So since the start of November Wilfred has lived in our kennels. Despite this heartbreaking experience, his spirit remains unbroken, and he’s eager to find a new family who will never let him go again. However, he has had no interest shown.
We cannot bear to see him grow older in kennels. He has been
used to living with his human and deserves so much to a family
to love him and care for him into his old age. We hope once he
is in the UK and prospective adopters can meet him that he will
find his home.
We have a fabulous foster home ready to welcome him but need to raise funds, £610, to get him there.
PLEASE HELP US GIVE HIM THIS CHANCE TO FLY THIS WEEKEND.
