With the amazing technology-based projects students can work on to highlight speaking skills in the classroom, appropriate headsets are required to minimize background noise.  The student in the video is responding to a question I posed to the class via Flipgrid.  Students watch each other's videos and then respond.  It's a fun, interactive way to learn speaking and presentation skills, listening and learning from others, and develop technology skills which are replicated in today's workplace.  It's also a way to record their thinking and responses so I have data for student progress. It's perfect for co-teaching with my ELD teacher.

ThinkWrite headphones are perfect for students to listen and speak with fewer distractions and better quality output. As of now we have three ThinkWrite headsets per classroom, but that isn't enough for all students to be successful recording their projects with great quality.

I would love to have a class set of thirty headsets for the third grade team to use so all students can have high-quality work to showcase.

With regular headphones, all the background noise is also recorded, which leads to re-recording and lower quality work that is submitted. Please help us fundraise the money to give our students the headsets they need to make the high-quality work they can be exited to share!
